  I contacted CredXpress because I was contemplating opening up a new car care appearance store in Northern Virginia and needed funds to both start up the business and for working capital. I did have funds available in my retirement fund but didn't want to tap into that too much. After speaking with Cody he came up with a plan to obtain a business start-up loan. Although that didn't work out he did find an alternative solution and managed to secure some other financing as promised and he was a great help in setting up other aspects of my business. He was totally up front on what would happen and what was to be expected. Although at first I thought the price was a bit high for their service, I am satisfied with the final results. I would highly recommend them to anyone who would require such services.

  CredXpress has a straight forward, no nonsense approach to business funding. They shoot straight and don’t promise the moon. Very knowledgeable with 15+ years helping small business owners get money. Highly recommend.   We've been looking to start our own business for a while and struggled with finding the funding. Once we connected with the team at CredXpress they made the process easy and walked us through each step making sure that we understood each process and they even saved us quite a bit of money!   I am retired military and my son-in-law is a reservist. We began a business startup and three weeks later, COVID-19 negatively changed every aspect of starting a business. The stock market plunge, banks freezing loans, made it look doubtful, but determined to make it work, we poured everything we had for personal finances in. While we searched for a business loan, it was one turn down after another because of COVID uncertainty. We contacted Cody Rich, and he found a way where we could move forward. He put the wheels in motion during a time when banks were not helping new small businesses start up. It wasn't as much as we had hoped for, but he found some funding and we made it work.   Starting a new business during a pandemic was pretty daunting. Credxpress worked with me to seek funding which I was unable to acheive with the SBA or my local bank during this time. While we are still working on getting larger capital amounts necessary for more long term stability, they have been great at getting my feet in the door with lendors and starting out with some essential capital.

  Not a serious company. I have applied for a Business start up loan. Kyle reached out to me and told me that he would send me an application form immediately. After 2+ hours I had not received anything and reached back out to them. His colleague emailed the doc and I filled it out in 3 minutes and emailed them back with it. Despite Kyle telling me someone would call me in 24 to 48 hours I have received no correspondence. Now they won't return calls or messages. Kyle oh Kyle Turner......

  Tulih — there was an error with the email address that you originally submitted on 04/25/2018. The second representative updated the incorrect email, and sent you the application. The application (that you sent back), went to spam — and was missing required personal information to be considered for loan placement. Underwriting called you directly to address this issue on 04/27/2018. Feel free to call or email if additional assistance is required.

  I posted this earlier but the company erased it so I am re-posting.... I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I have NEVER in my life experienced such unprofessionalism from a company. It seemed as if the person that answered the phone by the name of Cody was angry that I called to inquire about their services. With an attitude such as that we would NEVER TRUST them with our personal information. BEWARE as it definitely appears they are selective who they are looking to help based on who you are. In response to the company's response; most of which was fictitious I am requesting that you make the phone call public as most of the items in your response are not accurate. Your operator's tone was so completely dismissive that it was clear he had pre-conceived biases simply based on my voice. Since you are stating it was a compliance issue; which I couldn't agree more... Please post the conversation so that your current and future customers can hear the type of people you have representing your company and they can make a determination from that point if they wish to support such ideologies. Also, please don't erase this post like you did earlier.

  Per our call records, you called in this morning to speak to an operator. You didn't provide any personal information, you didn't know how much money that you needed, you didn't know what industry you were going to be working in, and you weren't the party that was going to be applying for financing. You asked about the nature of the inquiry — your questions were answered. Then you were told that the party applying for financing would need to complete an extended application for us to review the loan request, and that the party applying for financing would need to call us back directly to discuss the nature of the exact loan request — as we do not take personal information from any 3rd party. You're writing a very harsh review based off your opinion of someone's tone of voice. I listened to the call for compliance and found nothing wrong with the agents tone of voice. All of your questions were answered as accurate as possible based off the limited information that your were able to provide him at the time. We don't have the ability to erase any post — this is all controlled by Google. So I'm not sure what you're making reference to there. When you erased your previous post/comments (by your own words), that removed your initial review.
