  I love this credit union! The only problem is it's too far away from me. I wish they'll open more branches so they can reach out and help more and more people. Thank you for your service!

  I never ever written in any reviews. I just had to voice my opinion on CUOSC. They have changed the hours and are now open until 5 every weekday . @ the Ontario Branch. Also I had just gotten out of the hospital and the gave me a Stater Bro. Gift card which was really needed at the time. I had been in hospital for a few weeks and the food in the fridge. had to be thrown away. That was a true blessing . Not to mention the staff is always great when I go in . It must be repeated that I don't ever write anything in the review section on any page . I am give them 4 and a half stars.

  Every time I go to this Credit Union they closed early. They close early on Friday especially. They have a new ATM machine. It never run out of money the ATM machine. That parking is okay and have enough parking place. The location is hard to find the Credit Union. The lighting in the parking lot is not the greatest. The credit union is close early from other Credit Union.

  It's hard to express how much one can love an institution. But these people bless and inspire me no end. I'm incredibly grateful for their principles of operation in this messed-up world and indebted to any number of their people for ways in which they helped me personally.

  Made a call operator was condescending and rude when I asked to pay my bill over the phone, also when I asked him more questions, was not helpful at all. Also you can’t make a credit card payment on the app and it’s so frustrating, like if we were still in 2001. ( update got a call from a manager and apologized, also they are working on credit card payments on the app. Now I’m excited!!)

  Customer service at this branch is exceptional, had the pleasure to meet Erica and was really nice and helpful, was able to get my money funded asap. Thank you and your staff.

  You can't go wrong. If you want to build good and fast credit this is the spot. One good thing is that all the accounts are free of no hidden charges. Don't listen to me please go and see with your own ayes God bless you
