  I have done business with this credit union for over 15 years. they allowed a check that was writen incorrectly to clear my account an put my account in the negative $20,000. They never called me to question this check that was written incorrectly they sent me a letter!! Then told me there was NOTHING they could do for me. Worst bank I have ever dealt with. They don't have their members backs an will not help protect your money !!! RUN do not let them have control of your banking !!

  I have had nothing but good experiences with Credit Union of Ohio. So good that when it was time to purchase my next vehicle, I went through Credit Union of Ohio for the 2nd time for financing. Melinda in the loan department is an angel! She is professional and friendly.

  I've been a member of various credit unions over the years and am very happy with all the services they provide. Sometimes I have to use a Shared Branch credit union- enter Credit Union of Ohio! This place is a block away from my work and I go there several times a year. I'm not a member personally of Credit Union of Ohio, but their employee Mack does an amazing job at customer service. I hadn't been in for a few months but as soon as I entered, Mack said "Hi Aaron!" in an excited 'nice to meet you' voice. It was a great feeling of appreciation for coming in and that he remembered me with all the other people that come in daily. Mack's been there for a little while and Credit Union of Ohio should be happy to have him as an asset in their services!

  I initially joined Credit Union of Ohio to purchase a vehicle at a substantially lower interest rate. Gina Blalock helped me navigate through the process. She exceeded my expectations. Recently, I transferred the balance of a higher interest rate credit card to one offered by CUO. Again, I was able to secure an interest rate at more than half less of what I was paying originally. I really appreciate you all (Gina, Jennifer, Mary). Thank you so much!!!

  I am a fan of credit unions and especially of good credit unions - the level of service is just not matched bye todays banks. The Credit Union of Ohio is a VERY good credit union. I have been a member for several years now and they treat me very much like that - not just another customer, but a valued member er of the institution. I have used them for savings, two car loans, a credit card and most recently, a home equity loan. The range of services and rates are good, but it is the ease of dealing with them and the personal attention that keeps me with them.

  Outstanding and understanding service. My prior experience of credit unions was one of nearly constant frustration. Then I found Credit Union of Ohio, and after more than a decade with them I can heartily recommend joining!

  I have always been provided with timely and superior customer service. I recently closed on a loan and the process was made easy by the loan officer who took her time to explain the steps to me a show me that she had my best interests at heart. Only financial institution in the past 25 years that makes me feel valued as a customer/member.

  Evertime I communicate with the CUO my experience is quick and easy. When ever I am speaking to friends or family about credit cards, savings accounts, or loans I always recommend the CUO. The staff is always pleasant and nice
