  I don't believe Telhio cares about customers. I've had an account since 1972. I complained to a Telhio employee. She was of no help. However, she offered the best help I'd ever received. I said I was considering closing my account. She IMMEDIATELY offered to help me with closing the account. Bottom line... Only got great service when talking about closing an account. Telhio is the worst!!

  Telhio lied and said my credit card payment didn't go through. They knew I caught them and refunded the overdraft fee however they still kept the money they stole. I've been with this bank for 13 years and this is how I'm treated. FYI! No one trust a theif Telhio. SHAME ON YOU TELHIO!!! Thank God you have nothing to do with my other bank account.

  Been with this company for eight years. No complaints, compared to the hassle and demands of other competitors through research and public opinion. Hands down, grateful for all the company has done for me this far. Wish was no overdraft fee, but we can't get everything we want : ) Thank you !

  I've been with them for many years. Great car loan rate when I refinanced that saved me over $100 a month. Every company has their ups and downs because not all employees are created equally.

  In over a decade of banking with Telhio, I have lost count over how many issues I have had. Currently, I have over $3000 in my account and yet my card has been repeatedly declined for small purchases while others have gone through. And no one is available to reach to resolve the issue until Monday. They also conveniently take out $5 membership fees- for banking with them. I plan to close my account ASAP this week.
