  My father who just moved down from Montana needed to find a bank to get his truck refinanced down here. We worked with Corrina at the Lakewood branch location. She was very knowledgeable and kind to me and my father. If I wasn't a loyal customer to CHASE bank I would have my banking with this Credit Union. I highly recommend this credit union to anyone who wants a car loan. They have very good rates on used cars. ( I am a used car salesman) Thank you!

  Like all the employees at this location, Dell is great! He assisted me with the coin counting machine today, while going above and beyond to see that my deposit was made. People like Dell are the reason that I 'only' associate with Credit Unions, and this CU is by far, the BEST in Colorado! Thank you Dell! Mike McKeen Lakewood CO

  WORST AUTO LOAN EXPERIENCE EVER. Rates are good/fine, getting a loan bumpy but we got through it, most of the people we spoke with were nice but WOW there are some seriously incompetent people working/running this ship. We've heard just about every excuse imaginable as they continuously screw up time after time. They tried to blame the DMV and the DMV was CORRECT!! The blame the pandemic for delays where in our case it was all their fault. Most of our issue seems to be due to a name change that occurred, and was properly documented, 6 YEARS AGO. They don't proof read anything, just blame "the system" for pulling in the WRONG information even though it's clearly not the same as the loan we JUST closed on. We've had to take EXTRA trips to the DMV because of the TERRIBLE handling of the title on Credit Union of Colorado's part, when do they start paying us for our time that they've wasted?! We're going to have to extend our temporary tag because of this mess and then go back to the DMV again once it's all finally resolved. They obviously don't care. I'd give zero stars if I could, go elsewhere for your banking needs...refie your home if you can & have the time! Just to be clear, I work in the construction industry and I've seen my fair share of stupid but these people trump them all.

  Still the absolute best banking experience I've ever had. I couldn't imagine banking with anybody else. I've had multiple issues with wells fargo, bbva compass, chase, even bank of America wouldn't let me open an account without putting an exuberant amount of money into it. I've had credit union of Colorado for around 3 years now. It's the best financial decision I could have ever made. Anybody reading this, I urge you to join this credit union. Better than a bank should Ebert be, they treat you like a family, and above all, you will have the best banking experience out of anybody out there. I'm in Arizona right now, I've been out here a little over a year and yes, I still bank with these guys. They are the absolute best in the business and I'm not going anywhere else with my money. I miss you guys! Love from Arizona!

  Best banking experience. When the line gets long, the manager is not above coming out at helping customers. Very honest about unexpected situations. Good products, which is nice. Great service, which is rare. And Integrity that is almost unheard of. I highly recommend this credit union.

  Del Young and his team at Credit Union of Colorado are my kind of people! This is the experience I enjoy from my credit union. They are on in the ball professionals who always take the time to be friendly and engaging with me and my partner, every time we visit! Not just some of the time like I have been treated elsewhere. They repeatedly make me feel like they care about all of their customers this same way. Way to go you guys!

  Very nice people in branch, welcoming atmosphere....AWFUL online banking and tech service. After two months of contacting technical support and trying to simply make an online transfer to an external account, no one could find a solution, I was just told to "keep trying everyday and maybe the error will go away because I can't figure it out..." I did that for several more weeks, with no results and finally closed my account.... Too bad because it seems like a great place, but not worth it without functioning online banking...

  The Credit Union of Colorado always does whatever it takes to help, while having a smile on their face. Helping whether it’s giving financial advice or staying late today ensure everyone is taken care of. The management really deserve a lot of credit for how smooth that Bank operates. If the lines are long they do whatever it takes to speed up the process. Overall satisfaction over the past 5 years has been amazing!   This place is a total nightmare. If you’ve been robbed or the victim of fraud it’s even worse. I suggest avoiding this place like the plague. They make you jump through tons of hoops to get your money back. Going to refinance my vehicles and switch bank accounts as I type this. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
