  When did this bank get so rude and ghetto? The staff acts like they're either gang related or hired by their mom who works there. It's very unprofessional here.

  I had an appointment at 11 am today at this branch. I got there on time. Teller told me that someone would be with me shortly. I waited for 30 mins and no one came up to me or attended to me. I left because I had to go back to work. I drove almost 15 mins to the bank, so I wasted my lunch break without any result. The 3 ladies at the back were there chatting with one another, doing nothing. This was the worst experience I have had in any bank, including CUofCO. This branch needs to improve on its customer service. Manager do your work and employ competent people here.

  Avoid at all costs. This place doesn’t stand behind their members whatsoever. When it comes to fraudulent charges they assume you’re trying to screw them over. I’m going to close my business and personal accounts and refiner my vehicles with a more reputable bank

  I went to a couple other credit unions and got denied on a personal loan for 5000 with a good cosigner I came into CU of CO and was approved all by myself for the full amount. On top of that they would refinance my vehicle at half the rate I'm currently financed. So I gave them all my business and transferred my Chase checking account as well! All of this was done within 1 hour! Super friendly super helpful I will send everyone I know.

  I have been banking here since 1990 ! Best banking experience, staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! They don’t charge ridiculous fees like so many of the “other” banks do. I cant say enough great things about Credit Union of Colorado!

  I have been using CUOC for some time now and I really do like what they have to offer. - A very decent android app with fingerprint lock - 24 Hour ATM access - Close by - Friendly people - Usually solves any issues I have same day, most often over the phone in a single call I transfered all of my funds and accounts from CHASE to CUoC so that I could better support smaller banks. I have not regretted this decision in the least. CHASE had awesome, futuristic ATMs with granular cash dispensing, down to the dollar. CUOC has awesome litterally everything else.
