      Do not use the ATM to deposit cash. I normally deposit cash through an ATM and works every time flawlessly. However, this was my first time depositing cash at this ATM and the machine didn't deposit it and on top of that it took all my money. Whoever owns the ATMs at this location please have them reach out to me. I would like to discuss getting my money back or get in contact with their lawyers... Thank you.

      Nice visit. Tellers are in masks. They are friendly and efficient. I was able to deposit checks across multiple accounts, get coins counted and deposited, and change out a checkbook cover. BellCO is a great credit union that we've used since moving here.

      Don’t bank here, don’t accept a loan here, don’t do business here at all. Oh and most importantly do not use the Express pay for your loans they take $500.00 away from your debit card or bank account and don’t know why the website didn’t email a link with the receipt. I’m scared to death I just lost my car payment money and I come up here to ask for help I get an offer of a call back because they need to email someone. Still no call back and on top of it I have waited over an hour on customer support phone number for help twice two 50 min holds on two separate occasions. I will just cancel the payment with my bank chase and see about auto refinance with them sense your rude tellers have no information where you guys put $500 of my money! And here I am waiting on hold again because no one answers your phones from the “loan department” I’m reporting you to the BBB.

      This branch has lost sight of what customer service means. I was in the rather small parking lot that can be seen from the teller's window. I was out of my car walking up to the door at 5:29pm, headed to make a much needed deposit. I get to the door. Its locked, and the teller sees me , but does nothing. I get the point, they close 5:30p. I check my phone, 5:30p, then head back to my car, and notice the clock on my car says 5:30p still. I am waiting a call back from Jorge, the branch manager. I want to know if this is what I can expect, then I will not be doing business with Bellco moving forward. I don't feel like your there for my needs on this one, only the needs of the employees watching the clock.

      I have been a member here for nearly 30 years and the events that have happened in the last 48 hours have me looking for another bank. My card was compromised over the weekend and I received ZERO notifications or alerts from them. It was only when I went to use it at the store and the cashier informed me it came up stolen that I became aware of a problem. Calling the 800 number on the back of the card was a waste of time. Ulimately they suggested I go the nearest branch. Went to get a replacement card at this branch and their machine is broken, much like their ATM's are most of the time. When something like this happens, I need a bank that is going to be a little more on top of things.

      Bellco CU continues to be the worst bank I have had the misfortune to work with and also one of my longest credit histories so I cant just close it. The business credit card expired, the bank didn't send to my physical address (where they send my bills and secure notices) but to my PO box. Surprise, Surprise its not there either. Then I go into the branch to order another and find out a week later it was never ordered. Now I am waiting until a week day to speak to the correct dept. after wasting my time telling my story to customer service on Saturday.... Please do not use this bank, they wouldn't know how to get anything done right the first time, if the bank's existence depended on it.

      I truly don't understand why it takes soooooooooo long for me to assist everyone in the drive through and inside? Their staff doesn't seem to know how to do their job or help anyone. They always thank you for your membership, but at some point when does the SERVICE start? I may have to switch again! I moved from public service credit union who is actually a lot worse. Does anyone actually know what it means to be in the service industry, do they care? I don't think so, and their actions tell me no..

      Horrible bank! I haven't been able to log into my online account for several days, I've tried contacting the individual branches and the 1800 number several times to sort out the issue. Every time i call the automated phone says they are experiencing longer call response times and to call back later. I am closing out my accounts and going to a different credit union.
