  If I could give no stars I would. Was told Gap would cover my remainder balance after my insurance had already given them a quote on what they would pay out for the total loss. Remainder was roughly $1,300, gap is only covering 800?? It’s a bunch of bs tbh. I paid on time every month.. even a month after I lost my car.. but yet Gap is not covering all of the balance.

  Horrible experience!! 300 dollars short on payment, had til 15th to pay and they send tow truck out on the 9th!! Even got a letter in the mail stating had til the 15th!! This bank is dishonest and does not work well with Africans Americans!! Tow guy called my phone at 1 am, tried to show him letter, he says letter don't mean nothing!! I will never bank nor refer anybody here

  The staff is very friendly and one morning I saw a deer in the parking lot while I was at the ATM and that was super cute. 😊
