  Mr. Luis Lopez: Has a great customer service skills, he is a VERY genuine person to me as a customer of CU1. In fact, CU1 in general is one of the BEST banks to do all of your banking, CU1 loans are the BEST and they're not in business to just "taking your money" they are here to help everyone who come into their banks. I really do appreciate their assistance with all of my banking needs. They will always get 5 stars from me. Thank you, DJ

  Took over a month and four follow up calls to finally get my credit card sent out and to be honest I’m not sure if they will. I will have to follow up again. Every time I called there was something wrong or new that I wasn’t told last time we talked. Said I’d pay for expedited shipping and couldn’t offer it. Go to a different credit union.

  I had a previous loan with CU1 and when I bought my new Bronco, the dealer put this new loan through Ally. I wanted my loan back with CU1 before my 1st payment and Izabella Szastak, helped make that happen. Izabella was professional and followed up every step of the way. I’m very happy to be at home again and have both my car loans with CU1. Thank you as always for everything and we forever a customer❤️

  Giovannie took the time to walk me through enrolling in online banking. He also helped me avoid getting charged $3 a month for my statements!
