  Priscilla's service was beyond amazing! She definitely understands that customer service is a product, if that product is on point, whatever else you're offering is even more desirable. But everything was done to purposely be easy for me as the customer. Communication was amazing and always willing to listen to my silly questions. I really felt valued as a member and as a member by name and not just a ticket number or account number. Priscilla took my concerns personally which my family appreciates. Thank you for making us feel at home with the Credit Union 1 family

  So my credit union moved from melrose Park to northlake.. didn't notify customers... Im out looking for the new location and it can't be found. No signs or anything 😑

  Perhaps one of the most professional people in the banking industry. It's what makes us keep coming back kindness and professionalism at its best. A little personal touch is very nice.   Jalexi and Credit union 1 team is amazing. They always greet you with a smile and so willing too help with any questions/concerns you may have. They also take their time with many of the senior citizens that do business with Credit Union 1 like my mom 😄

  I’ve been banking with Credit Union 1 for 30 years. They have better fees than other banks in my experience. I normally see my favorite teller Cornell! He’s always friendly and so helpful no matter how many transactions I have!

  I received excellent community service today. I was kind of in a hurry, and teller, Jalexi Jimenez, got me in and out quickly and answered all of my questions. She was professional and personable at the same time!

  6 stars if I can add another one I would! I have been a member of Credit Union 1 for over 5 years now. They really take care of their clientele. I recently applied for a car loan, and not only was the process quick, but they really took the time to care for me. There was no pressure, I was at ease of mind, and it felt like I was more in control. I just want to thank them, and highly recommend them! Everyone there was great and big thanks to Azam for all of his effort and support!!

  Came in to set up my autopay for my car refinance loan and Jalexi Jimenez took care of me today. She was very pleasant and handled my needs in a timely manner. Great customer service! Very professional and clean environment. ☺️
