  Had a great experience working with Crystal. She made this the easiest fanancial transaction I’ve ever had. She made sure everything was very smooth and easy and was able to get me a great rate refinancing my auto loan which was a complete rip off before. I totally recommend asking for her specifically and working with her. Just like in my case I read some reviews that said how everyone had a great experience with her and she did not disappoint!

  Came in to credit Union was helped by the best sr banker Crystal Moore she gave me the best customer service she took her time and and answered all my questions, she was in contact with me for all updates on my loan she was super efficient on answering my calls and emails, thanks credit union1 & Crystal you’re the best thanks credit union1

  By far the worst credit union I’ve experienced ! I was getting charged fees unnecessarily so i called customer service and just to be told that she didn’t Understand why I was being charged the fees and refunded me almost $250 back. So take it a step further my debit card was stolen so I reported it and the lady told me I will have my debit card in two weeks to weeks went past and I didn’t have a debit card so I called just to be told that there’s a delay from the company that prints the card. When I asked the customer service agent why wasn’t I notified of the delay she couldn’t give me an answer. So now it’s been a month and I still don’t have a debit card. I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS CREDIT UNION
