  My husband and I are contemplating a move to another state after 25 years in our home...we had no idea on the relocation process except that we wanted to get educated on our options to either sell our current home and buy new in another state, rent our current home and carry 2 mortgages for a period of time or keep our current home as a vacation rental. What we learnt is that paramount to any decision you make, you should know your credit score. Not only that, if it is less than stellar, get the professional help to get it there and then literally and figuratively, the world is your oyster! We found using Tim's process we do not have to be pressured into any decision that might be suboptimal for us because of a credit score. What an amazing feeling. Tim is super helpful, explains stuff really well and is so invested in helping us get where we want to be that I can not recommend him highly enough. Tim is amazing.
