  Been with them about a year. And I honestly don’t know why I keep renewing my loan. They are very harassing and will show up to your job and front door if you’re late. Also the only way you can pay is by mail or in person .. you can’t pay over the phone or online like other loan companies 🙄

  I gave this company 2 stars because in order to make a payment on your account you have to do it in person or in the mail. Other loan companies allow you to make a payment online or phone call. My interaction with them is pleaseant.

  Waited a hr, no response on approval. Other Customers were approved and walked out with their loan. I saw it as they were taking care of their current customers who were refinancing vs the new ones. Another place I went to after leaving this unfriendly place; I was in and out within 30 minutes or a little less.

  Very harassing company, even came to my door this morning. If you could go somewhere else for a loan do it, you have to drive there or mail in your payment. Customer service is rude and disrespectful. Dont be a day late.
