  Highly recommended!! Kelvin and the Team know what there are doing. They are very professional. It was a crazy market on 2021 but they helped us to get a house and make sure everything went smoothly. I am very happy to have found them.

  Kelvin and the Team at Crave Loans is one of the best! Due to the crazy market, my spouse and I were scared to death about buying a house in 2021. It took quite a bit of hunting and some ups and downs, but Kelvin and Crave were there every step of the way. They were recommended by my broker. They never let me get discouraged and kept me moving forward. They were my coaches! and I needed them! Not to mention the EXCELLENT loan they got for me! I'm happy as can be and I can't say enough about Kelvin, Yeon and the entire Crave Team. They are very professional and they keep things light and happy, even in a rough market. I've bought like 4 or 5 homes by now and this was by far the best financing team I've ever had on my side. I'm lucky to have found them.

  Before getting connected with the team at Crave Loans I tried working with two other lenders but wasn’t getting anywhere and I️ was feeling disheartened. As soon as I️ got in contact with them I️ felt like a priority and they were extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to help me understand what I️ needed to do to get financed. In this market I️ thought it would be impossible to find a home but the team at Crave Loans went out of their way to help me do that. They were always available to answer my questions and to speak to listing agents on my behalf to let them know how qualified of a client I️ was. It wasn’t easy but I️ found my dream home after months of searching and I️ truly could not have done it without them.

  Kelvin and Danny are masters of this process. Thorough and efficient. Had our loan closed 20+ days early. He got everything at once, spent time with us to get all docs and then submitted all at one time. Last loan I did, lender asked for same docs over and over. Messy, discombobulated, opposite of thorough. Kelvin and his team were true pros. I have never had anything so stressful be so EASY. Please call them if you are thinking about a purchase, a refi or anything as I just don't think you can do better.
