  Bought a truck there for 16000. Within the 1st week I had to bring it back because it was making a screeching noise. They changed the belt, still screeching. Before I could bring it back for that noise again. It rained for the 1st time and I noticed there was a leak coming through my roof on both sides in the back. I brought it back and they found the water pump was bad on it and they fixed the leak in the roof. About 2 weeks after that there was a tapping on my gas pedal wen I drive. Tire rod was loose. They also told me I need new breaks and rotary this was a 5 weeks after I bought it.... 4 months later I now have a clunking noise in my engine I’m bringing this to dodge and trading it in. Worst purchase I’ve made.

  Came in with my old 1993 cutlass that was riding incredibly rough, I thought she was done for being as old as she is and its not worth putting much into it with repairs. Most people told me she was shot...decided to try one last ditch effort to take it into Crase Auto anyway and let them know my thoughts. They took her in and immediately diagnosed the problem. It turned out to be a fixable issue and they even gave me a great deal! These guys really know what they are doing. Quick too, came in thinking my car was dead and I was out of there before I knew it driving away in my old cutlass that now runs like a dream again (as much as a steel boat can be compared to a dream)!

  The other night in the middle of it snowing our jetta was driving dangerously. I got off the interstate and went straight to crase to get it checked out. The tire was flat on the rear left, from a 3 inch metal spike. I was pretty close to needing new tires anyways. Since it was almost closing time they got me a ride home. The next morning they had inspected my car and called me with a few tire options. They also saw I needed new rear brakes and an oil change. Their prices were better than a big dealer and very reasonable for the services provided. The icing on the cake for me was with my busy schedule they went out of their way to deliver it back to me. Thank you Crase Auto P.S. the van is going to need tires soon

  I have purchased vehicles from Randy for over 10 years, he has always taken care of me and my family. We seem to always get a good fair value on purchase and trade in. Not your typical game playing dealership!

  We came in to look at a vehicle that we saw online. It was as advertised. Crase Auto was very fair with the pricing and up front with the vehicle’s condition. We left to think it over.   Tony and Randy and were very helpful and courteous. Mike the service manager went out of his way to get my car in for routine maintenance work. I confidently recommend Crase Auto to anyone looking to buy a pre-owned car.

  Car was priced fairly a little concerned with the issues that I am having already with the car as it is only 3 days old. Bluetooth isn't working correctly and the tpms light is on... just found out whoever attempted to vaccum pump did so incorrectly and and as a result I am paying an additional 400$ to have this fixed.

  First Time customer and was more than pleased with the service department there. Got to even speak with the owner in person witch is hard to find in a lot of car lots it seems lately. They came of right away with great customer service and was more than willing to go over with me step by step when it came to the particulars on what really needed to be fixed in my what is now running great 2004 Grand Am. They are pretty reasonable on cost and have made a happy customer out of me. Highly recommend this place for anyone that is in need of service in the Channahon area.
