  Ladies behind the counter are amazing, friendly, and get you everything you need with a smile. However, you can not talk to anyone about an IRA in person and have to wait an average of a half hour to get to talk to someone who has the capability. I have called BMO 7 times and it has taken a month and their very simple issue is still not resolved. I'm probably not going to talk to the guy with dollar sign tatoos on his knuckles about my money. I like his passion though, very prevalent.

  I will not go to any other branch!!! I walk in and I am greeted by name. Hard to find polite people these days let alone ones that remember your name. The ladies behind the line are always willing to help and are so nice. The bankers are amazing as well. In response to a previous comment on here about the guy with the dollar sign tattoos on his knuckles. He must love his job that much! Haha but seriously, don't judge a book by its cover. He handles all my major lines of business and I couldn't be happier with the service he provides. BMO Minooka rocks!!!

  This branch location is awesome!!! All the tellers are friendly and they get to know there regulars. If there is an issue that the banks can handle they knock it out! Granted I have had my issues with BMO, but that is nothing that reflects this branch.

  I highly recommend BMO Harris Bank Minooka, IL branch. Greg & Taylor provide excellent customer service, they are both very patient & knowledgeable and friendly.

  Always friendly service and quick to resolve issues that come up , had someone hack my account in Oct , they resolved it quickly and professionally ! Great Branch !
