  I worked with Kris on my first home, FHA would not allow me to close at the last min and Kris spent all weekend finding another loan package so I could still close.. ended up being better than FHA in my case. Great to work with!

Not only did he get me a great rate everyone at Crane communicated throughout the process and even helped me sort out some other issues with my property tax paperwork.   Kris of Crane financial was wonderful to work with, she exceeded my expectations. Any time I had a question she was quick to answer and happy to do so. What I thought would be a scary process as a first time home owner she made to be simple and was there every step of the way. I decided to go to Crane when I read online she had over 30 years experience. I came on here to right a review so others can have a smooth loan process as well. I noticed recently there have been negative comments but they seemed generic with no explanation. Which makes me question the validity of them. I hope those comments don’t deter others from using Crane Financial as they are true professionals filled with knowledge and expertise. I can say they truly are the reason I now own my first home.
