      Service is helpful and it seems out of the people there, some I’ve seen are either genuinely caring or just really knowledgeable. I call it a decent to great place to go. The ATMs are good for cash deposits too. I used them at least 50 times.

      Drive thru is good at least you can get your cash quickly as long as there aren't slot of people. However you can't do cash transactions inside. To do that you have to goto the BECU in Everett and wait hours in line most times.

You're right, our Neighborhood Financial Centers do not have traditional tellers. BECU has invested in technology and self-service tools so that most routine transactions can be done via remote channels such as Online and Mobile Banking. While this is convenient and useful for a large part of our membership, we're also aware there are members who prefer or need to do business in person and long lines certainly don't make that easy. We're working hard to add services to reduce wait time.

      They will lock your account for no reason without any way to unlock. Call and sit on hold for hours to unlock with no explanation. Happens multiple times a year. BEWARE!

      Terrible service. I went in there on Monday morning . NOT ONE person said hello or smiled at me, we were all wearing masks but you can still see a smile. The lady that took care of me never gave me her name. She did not appear to be happy when I told her that I did not have an appointment. I was there for 20 minutes with many staff walking around and not one greeting. As I sat I did here someone get greeted when they walked in. I will deal with Bank of America next time.

      Just needed to replace my debit card. Ayay what a waste of time. You must wait and wait and wait over an hour just ti get a new card. You should not have to wait for loans etc when your just getting a card. I could have drove to Evergreen got a card and drove back in less time.

      Finally! The closest BECU around my neighborhood! No more driving for 5 miles. Secured inside and drive thru ATMs. More Customer Services Staff around to quickly entertain and address your concerns. Spacious parking. A very convenient location to get-in and get-out do banking. Thank you BECU!

      Sad to post this. But it was very poor service at the Shoreline. Normally BECU has very good service, I hope they will be back to the better service or only this branch was bad, but it was sad.

      No teller service, so worthless location. Only ATM access. I love BECU, but it really sucks only having one or two fully functional banking locations.

While our Neighborhood Financial Centers do not have traditional tellers, BECU has invested in technology and self-service tools so most routine transactions can be done via remote channels such as Online Banking and through our Mobile App. While this is convenient and useful for a large part of our membership, we're also aware there are members who prefer to do business in person, and that's great too. In addition to our main financial centers, we're part of a network of credit unions who assist BECU members at the teller window.
