  What happenned to this place. Have had T+C for 19 years, love it. Always refer people, always treated great. Always rave about it. Went into Forest Ave branch today for the first time in a year. Was treated like a 3rd world citizen. All new people. Couldnt answer anything. Loan lady sitting at the desk but wouldnt answer 2 questions unless I made an appointment for 2 days from now. Short girl with glasses only knew how to say "I'm not sure" and "Maybe" and "you can try calling around other branches to ask". This branch must be under poor management now. Ill try other branch. Its a shame, blemish on perfect record.

  I been with Town and Country since 2011 always friendly people and service I do wish they had Saturday hours though

  Thanks for the kind words about our staff. We do have phone hours as well as mobile check deposits available on Saturday. We also offer extended hours during the week, and, of course, our ATMs and mobile and online banking are available 24/7. Town & Country was also an early participant in the Shared Branching network allowing our members to use other credit unions when our branches are closed or not nearby. We work hard to try to offer many options that allow our members to bank anytime, anywhere. We will also have someone reach out to you to see if we can provide further assistance. Hope this helps.   Due to their malfunctioning "loan payment tool," TCFCU erroneously withdrew a couple hundred dollars from my personal savings. They have been "holding it" since July 2021 and have not returned it. They money was withdrawn after I had completely paid off my car loan and closed my TCFCU account under the supervision of their account specialist. If you are considering using TCFCU, make sure your budgeting includes the possibility of TCFCU randomly withdrawing a couple hundred dollars and holding onto it for a few months. ———- Edit: What a bizarre response. “We have reached out to you…” I’ve been proactively contacting you since I saw a suspicious payment. “…and are working with you to resolve this issue…” You sometimes respond with passive aggression, condescension and certainly no reasonable resolutions. “…as quickly as possible.” It’s been nearly two months since you accidentally took my money… have you returned it? This was not feedback for you, it was a warning to potential customers.

  Worst Credit Union I'm a part of, I'm trading my loans and accounts. They have no interest in serving their members ironic considering this was my first credit union but as I've learned they are more interested in aggressive expanding the loan book of business not on members service's again makes no sense to me why wouldn't you wish to retaine clients. They must be having turnover in management.

  Love this credit union! Since I changed from big bank I've never looked back. They have always been warm and really focused on member appreciation. Can't say enough positive things about Town and Country federal credit union!

  Most banks when there's a Holiday, they put your money in early. Like when it's labor day. They don't make you wait until the day after labor day. Not once put in early, except if it falls on a saturday or sunday. It's rediculous. Thats my only beef, but had to give it a 3 for that reason. I see other branches get better reviews.

  This is a great place to bank. The gentleman whom opened my account, Nick, was very respectful and courteous. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and all of my needs were met.

  Friendly staff. Financial products superior to most other credit unions and banks. Sometimes seems like transaction takes a little longer than it should.
