  We were told that if we paid off our loan early, we would only pay the remainder on the amount we financed. INSTEAD, we are now being told we have to pay for the financed amount, plus future interest that hasn’t even accrued ($400 more than we financed), despite only having the loan a couple of months. They said “you should have read your paperwork better”, rather than owning THEIR employee’s mistake. If you want to do this, on top of having the annoyance of people blowing your phone up every single day after your loan is 5 minutes past due, this is the company for you! Wish I could give 0 stars. 👎🏻 Just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

  I just absolutely love Michelle!!! She's the best if she can help you at all she sure will!!! Plus it was pretty awesome just talking to her she is so friendly you would think you have knew her forever!!! I highly recommend this loan company!!! They give you an answer within minutes too so its fast and easy as well!!!!!😁😁😁😁

  I was in a pinch and had received a loan check in the mail. I decided to use it since I knew I would be able to pay back within a month. I deposited the loan check on Feb. 11, 2021 and went to pay it off today only to find out that the charge for doing so was almost $100... $97.27 to be exact. I am irate over this. I have done business with them in the past and it was always a great experience. I know that after this experience, I will NEVER go back and neither will my wife (who has also done business with them for years). Charging that amount to have money for 15 days.... really?!?! I mean, if I had not paid it all back today and have kept it open for the duration of the loan (10 months), total finance charges were going to be $260.87. So basically to have the money for 15 days resulted in me having to pay more than 1/3 of the total finance charge that I would have had to pay if I had just kept the loan open. I can't put into words how disgusted with this I am. Again, I will NEVER give my business to them again. I know for a fact that they have competitors that will do a much better job and not rip me off as bad as Covington Credit did.

  Michelle was very helpful to me at a time that I really needed a little extra help. Thank you to Michelle and the staff at the Jacksboro TN office. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and fast!

  Called told them i needed a loan and i was approved within 10 minutes. Will keep using them.
