  I have done business here a few times now and each time has been a pleasant experience. The lady that works there is very nice, helpful and fair. I will definatly continue to go there 1st for any of my pawn shop needs.

  I have been using this pawn shop exclusively for a decade now and I am always happy with my experience. I'm a single Mom and I have had to put my jewelry in pawn for groceries or bills many times. Libby has always been great. She has asked me before"are you sure you can handle this payment? I don't want you to lose your rings." That is not something a greedy person would say. When I have been in better financial places I have bought all of my knives there at great prices. My two favorite being a small but sturdy hunting knife that fits my small hands and a beautiful machete. I love the great customer service here and will absolutely be a customer for life!

  Don't ever use this pawn shop the lady behind the counter is absolutely nuts she uses eBay listed pricing not sold listings but the listings people have up as her price point and then only offers 25% of that value she doesn't even use eBay sold listings it's crazy $300 weed eater plus two brand new heads from Northern Tool that she confirmed worth $40 a piece and she wanted to offer me 60 bucks

  Came here twice. The worst customer service EVER! The woman with dyed auburn hair always had attitude. So I tried the 2nd chance with this. She blew it. I will be no longer coming to smoky mountain pawn. I’ll be going to Shylock pawn now and on.

  As soon as I walked in, the lady(who didn't even look like she wanted to be there) exclaimed quickly that the object I brought in was too old and couldn't take it. My Yamaha receiver is only a few years old and their front door says they take ANYTHING of cash value. More like anything they feel like dealing with. Should've read reviews before stopping by. 1 STAR

  Overly priced and the red headed woman is rude. I go all the way to Knoxville on Kingston pike close to Party City but across the street because I refuse to give Smokey Mtn Pawn Shop any of my money. They're the only pawn shop in Oak Ridge and they know it. I was looking for a tablet one day so I went in there and I asked her, she didn't even look up from her magazine but pointed where they were at. On top of that you can buy one brand new in the store for the prices they have. I'll never go back!

  They are the worst pawn shop in the world. They are crooked as hell. The red headed lady that works there is the rudest person. I will never buy anything from that store. I have adviced my boyfriend NEVER pawn anything else at that store. They are THIEVES and have BAD business practice. DO NOT EVER SHOP OR PAWN ANYTHING AT SMOKY MOUNTAIN PAWN in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.   Hows this pawn shop even still in business. Everything they have is over priced. I brought a diamond ring there and she said im not the jewerly person shell be in later. But we want give u 200 for it. She seemed to know nothing about how to do jewerly. How do you not know? That should be part of your job.

  If I could rate them any lower I would! Money grubbers! Would NEVER deal with such greedy people! Offers absolutely no customer service! No follow up or curtsy calls. Preys on people’s hard times!!

  I went in, not to pawn something, but to shop. The store is disheveled and the staff (female) was rude. I WILL NOT go back.
