  I've done a few transactions here. Very nice people to deal with. Bree is a very good employee to work with. Yes, its higher interest but its a blessing for people with sub prime credit. Pay on time and you wont have any problems.

  I have been coming here for a while, I have a small loan and my payments are not high, the interest rates could be a little better but in the end this is just to help my credit by showing I can payoff my loans, I renew every time just to continue showing a paid on time loan. Jennifer is awesome and VERY HELPFUL!!!! THERE IS A GUY THERE WHO MIGHT NEED TO LEARN HOW TO SAY MY NAME HE IS ALWAYS CALLING ME TONYA!!!! OTHER THAN THAT GREAT PLACE TO GO TO just make your payments on time if you want to keep a good credit score :)

  I really don't like using this kind of loan as the interest rates are incredibly high. However, after undergoing heart surgery in late 2017, my cash reserves were wiped out and I found myself unable to pay for my numerous medications. My credit score wasn't good enough to get a regular loan so I had to turn this type of loan. The people there are very nice and helpful and I have been able to periodically refinance without increasing my loan balance while obtaining extra cash in order to continue to afford my medications. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because of the interest rate. If you make your payments on time, or a little early as I do, you will not have any problems with these folks.

  My wife called me today In tears she was there yesterday and the computers went down after she waited for over an hour. Today Dec 20h she called ahead and still was in the office longer than she expected, after she left Angii called her back because they forgot to include her check ... overall they helped her out but it was definitely not the best experience I had to her a mouth full...... DO BETTER

  Anji and district manager I spoke with today Mr. Alford were very nice and cooperative today as inwas just trying to get a print out that i was paid in full. Dacieon (not sure of spelling) the office manger on the other hand is not! When i called trying to pay off he went round and round with me until i asked if he was refusing to accept my payment. He then took it. When i called today to get a print out i was told they dont fax or email i had to come in...i was even given a corporate number to call which has been ringing for a hour and 12mins now...i then called to say ill come get it but to ask for them to go ahead and print it out as i was otw to an appointment and i heard the manger tell mrs anji not to worry about me several times before transferring me to him.he was very rude And even though I asked him repeatedly to just give me my print out he kept arguing with me finally when I asked everybody in the office could somebody else help me he told Angie to the district manager happened to be in the parking lot and I went out and talk to him and he said he would have everything taken care of and email pinging seeing as I never even got my contract the whole year ive been the fact the manager is very unprofessional

  No stars... These people will ripe you off please avoid if you dont know their process or anything about these high rate loans. Please avoid or ask question (lots) just dont take what these crooks say they are very dishonest. They will get you to renew your loan (O more money in their pockets) while your still trying to struggle to pay off the loan they conning you into starting this high interest rate loan all over again. Smdh they will bug the hell out you and even come to your house, call your job and harass the hell out of you. I NEVER had a loan with these crooks myself but Thanks for ripping off my honest son.

  i only gave two stars based on the loan being approved the experience with this loan company has not be a good one they stalker call you constantly they call your personal references as well if you request a certain day to make your payment that information will be overlooked the office staff here has a lack of communication you can speak to one person and they will tell you they note your account with the information and the next person you speak to wont have any clue that you have called and spoken to someone same day even they tell you that you have available cash but they neglect to inform you that you have to refinance in order to get the cash you do have available the manager is a nice guy but his staff needs some training in customer service and also in the dutys of their job as in taking notes a customer is leaving in reguards to their account i would not recommend any one get a loan from this place unless your interested in being constantly harassed calls up to 4 or 5 times a day even when you have made a payment if your payment is due they will call you to tell you as well as a text message they will constantly call you for a payment thats not even 1 day late on the day of the payment they call you
