  Hi, I've been having problems for 2 days trying to log into my account to pay my mortgage. Finally, Eli called me backed and patiently help me to get logged on and waited until everything was clear. He was very professional and kind.   Today I couldn’t get onto the website and make my payments like I have done before . I called the number on the statement , no one answered. Surprisingly, a representative named Eric called back !! He was a tremendous amount of help after being frustrated with the site . Eric, walked me through all of the steps to set up my payment . Thank you so much Eric !!

  When calling this morning I was really frustrated Myra helped me out an managed to help me out great customer service is always a plus ... she went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied by the time we got off the phone really appreciate her being so friendly

  This new system that y’all have is horrible in my opinion! I pay more then my mortgage payment every month to get my principal down and every month I have to call because my payment is not applied correctly, it’s literally every month I am having this SAME ISSUE!! It’s very frustrating and just not right! In the beginning everything seemed ok so I did give a great review but now I can’t do that until this issue is resolved!

  Ruined our credit by reporting us late even though we made several attempts to make payments on line as they were going though changes on there site
