  It was a long journey for myself to get to this point of buying my first home. Earlier this year during the months of March and April (2021) I had attempted to buy my first home with a different lender which led to a bad experience and not being able to close. I was very discouraged and upset. And honestly thought about not giving it a try again, especially with how crazy the real estate market has been. Then I was referred to Courtney and his team, which led to the best experience. Step by step Courtney walked me through what I would need and reassured me that we would find the right home and get this done the right way. And sure enough he and his team did.   I came into the entire process of buying my first home completely blind. Courtney never tired of answering every little question I had and stayed available constantly. On the rare occasion he couldn’t take a call, he would text and call back right away. He was never hard to find. We battled a lot of things during the process of closing this deal but he stayed hungry and I’m sure as time passes he will continue to get even better.
