  AMAZING TEAM!!! They closed my loan in a little over 2 weeks when multiple mortgage companies said it was IMPOSSIBLE. I explained that my wife was pregnant and due soon and that we needed to close ASAP. They were on top of ordering everything right away. They had an amazing team that communicated every step clearly and they responded to every question I had right away. I even got responses at 10pm at night. I was very happy with the great rate and low closing costs we got. I am beyond happy and grateful to Ryan, Alex and the whole cross country team for what they did to close this loan. 100% BEST DECISION you could make when deciding who to use to for your mortgage!!!!

  OMG!! I love Cross Country mortgage!! They were very professional and made sure that our loan was closed smooth and fast. We were denied by a previous bank with another broker. Alex was able to restructure our loan package to make it work for us. Alex made sure that he answered every call, text, email in a timely manner and also made sure that this was not a stressful process. I highly recommend them.

  I can not thank Ryan and his team enough for their help with purchasing our first home. I spoke with numerous mortgage lenders when we first started getting quotes and after the first two minutes of speaking with Ryan on the phone I was set on working with him. Ryan was so professional, knowledgeable and such a genuine guy; he didn’t make it seem like we were just another transaction, you could tell he truly cared about our best interests and was passionate about what he does. The whole team was so responsive and always answered any questions I had no matter the time...even at 8:30 PM! There was absolutely no hiccups through out the whole process and was beyond easy on our end. I will always go to Ryan and his team for any real estate needs moving forward and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone else. Oh! And aside from all that Ryan also assisted me in gettin my credit score to jump 30 points!

  Very Bad experience. My first email to Mr. Ryan Branden Burger inquiring for a quote, he send me to Cosco to find better price. Very unprofessional. Google Here you have copy of the email for the customer think before contact with this person. My email…. Good Morning Mr. Ryan, I am a friend of Freddy (Realtor), he recommends me that talk to you about my house refinance. I am looking for quotes to make a decision.
