  I recently had some fraudulent activity happen with this company, I was unaware of what was going on until one of the branch managers (Linda) made me aware of it. Linda was very helpful and professional as to what I needed to do to dispute what was going on. Because of holidays it was hard to get the police report over to them due to our headquarters being shutdown. I received a call from Prince he stated he was the assistant manager but was terribly rude and unprofessional, cutting me off any chance he got and speaking to me like a child. I am not even one of their customers, just dealing with an issue that was very frustrating and he didn’t make it any easier. This is not a company I would ever do business with, just thought I would share my experience.

  They are very unprofessional and I feel like they are out to steal my information I tried talking and explaining something to Ms Jackson but but the amount of how much she didn't care was so evident and she was very quick to cut me off while talking

  Y'all let me tell y'all god is good Prince was so helpful ! He gave me hope I came in discouraged my credit score was not Great but I am working , he made my day when he said he would help me he DID thank you prince and courtesy Finance you all are angels 💜

  Branch manager Emma gave me the run around for 2 1/2 months to get my refund for over payment.I was told I was on her list but not the only one on her list! She lied about the actions she told me she had taken.Making the refund experience absolutely horrible! I will never use them again!

  These people are absolutely great!!! I have gotten a few loans from them and they always have come through for me. They have help me out when I needed it. I would highly recommend them for any of your financial needs

  They penalized you for not living close enough to them so they won’t let you refinance your loan they you already have but they should more branches in the Georgia area
