  After speaking with 2 other loan officers, we finally found Lupe Mendez who was referred to us by several people in Fresno. Being first time home buyers was scary. But Lupe is highly knowledgeable, professional and honest. She communicated great with us. She went above and beyond, making the house buying process as smooth as possible for us. She is an amazing loan officer!

  Country Club Mortgage is absolutely amazing. My wife and I were referred to Jeremy Engle and his associates by two different couples that went through Jeremy to get their home loans. There just aren't words to describe how helpful they have been. Being first time home buyers, we knew almost nothing of the process. They have been there every step of the way to explain and walk us through the process. They answered all of our questions clearly and in terms we were able to understand. Anytime we called, if we had to leave a message, they made sure to get back to us that day, even if it was after business hours. Jeremy even found us the perfect realtor to work with. One evening, around 7:30 pm, when it looked like things were going to fall through on an offer we made, Michelle with the Visalia office called and had found a solution to the problem that saved the entire deal. She was absolutely amazing and couldn't have been more helpful. When we were first getting pre-approved, Jeremy called me back after business hours and talked to me for at least half an hour explaining things and answering questions. On another occasion, Jeremy was working well into the night to help us. We only found out because our realtor let us know the next day that he had called her at 9:30 pm to check on things. Jeff in the Fresno office was right there for us providing information on the paperwork we needed to send in and answering questions on what we were signing. To sum it up, working with Country Club Mortgage has been the most amazing experience in customer service that I have ever received. We weren't just another client to them, they were so good it felt like we were their only client.

  Horrible looks else where be ware they take advantage of you if your a first time buyer read there orataintion fee and the fees they pay to themself its outrageous!

  Just wanted to point out, that its obvious that in the commercial, the cookies were burnt. Small detail, but something to think about.
