  Staff is always pleasant and friendly! They are always willing to go the extra mile to help their members and have resolved any account issues I have had in a timely manner. I won’t do my banking anywhere else! Thanks CFCU, you’re the best! 😊

  Towed my vehicle for parking at the bank for a couple hours on a Saturday. Now I can't work till Tuesday because the impound isn't open but they still charge per day storage and tow fee cost me thousands of dollars $$$$ for what? People park here all the time and the bank is never busy. Couldn't have asked me to move it? I'm a customer and only use your bank. I literally am blown away I wish I could sue for damages to my life/finaces

  Love this bank! I moved away and still continue to use them! Their customer service is wonderful could not recommend them more!

  Had an account with them but moved so I didn't use my debit card for a year and they closed my account and stole all my money!

  Treat their disabled veterans horrible, wouldn’t let me access my my funds and caused me to lose my job since I had no access to my money for gas supplies or anything. Extremely rude to the point my wife broke down and walked out. Won’t be staying with this branch and they wouldn’t even let me close my account to go to another bank!!! Horrible horrible horrible bank
