  My partner and I were traveling through Colorado and stopped in. The two ladies at the front desk were both knowledgeable and incredibly kind! There was also a jovial young man there who was helpful to us. We found exactly what we were looking for! The prices are absolutely reasonable. I just enjoyed strolling around and taking in all of the unique and useful things I saw. I highly recommend stopping in and checking this place out! If nothing else, you will be in wonderful company. This was one of my favorite interactions in all of Colorado thus far!

  Never answers the phone. Got ripped off for an $800 car....wouldn't even start the next day! Avoided in person!

  Very high price on items. Old Blu-Ray movies for $15. Guitars for near new MSRP. Electronic items that have sat around for a long time have lost value but haven’t been adjusted. Boss Distortion Pedal - $50. These are $20 online. Staff and customers aren’t wearing masks in a pandemic. This was the only store on the strip that was like this, and the staff isn’t encouraging anyone to do so. We were masked in the store and didn’t get acknowledged by the staff when we wanted to make a purchase so we left.

  I have been to this pawn shop on several occasions and I can say without a doubt the staff are just so wonderful.. They go out of there way to make you feel comfortable and welcome and really do try and help you. They are very fair and give you a fair price on the items you want to pawn . Also have a great selection of items to buy .

  This place has everything I wanted at really good prices. They are so sweet they are still willing to negotiate so you can save some extra money. You can see they really care about every single customer. It's sad that there are people giving bad reviews online instead of just going and talking with them. The lady there said they have been in business 30 years. There is a reason they have been so successful. These people really care and are so nice. Whatever the issue I'm sure they would do everything in their power to correct it.

  High priced for a pawn shop. Not the best selection of things. And I don't want to be bombarded with the owners political views so it was pretty unwelcoming environment. 🤷‍♀️

  Nearly everything is overpriced, new employees will tell you they are not currently taking items that have never been an issue before because they are too lazy to do their job on the computer. I pawned an XBOX 1 and when I received the system back my $20 rechargable battery pack had been stolen from the controller. Sadly didnt realize till I got home. Another time I went to buy a rifle that they had for $700 and the next day when I returned they added a $30 Chinese scope and bumped the price to $1100. There seems to be no price negotiating when asked so for various reasons and terrible business practices I took my business to the Rocky Mountain Pawn when I bought my new AR.

  Most wonderful pawn shop I’ve ever been to they literally have everything! The other pawn shop in town doesn’t compare to this one. The staff is friendly and they have the best prices! I’ll definitely be coming back again and again.

  People were nice, but the 360 games were over priced, $9.00 bucks at most for most of them. (Mainly due to the fact the console outdated and is being replaced by backwards compatability and online buying being more convenient.)
