  I have been a customer for years and they are truly a great organization to deal with. Customer service is second to none. They are very helpful and will strive to put together the best program for all your needs. Also, the approvals have been very fast. I don't go to any other financial institution. Why waste my time, I will just end up back at CAFCU!

  CAFCU is the best! I have been with them for over 20 years and have always experienced wonderful customer service, and their car rates beat every bank I have used. I wish I had a Michigan branch so I could take advantage of their other banking opportunities.

  I was speaking with Anna regarding an auto-payment issue. She was very professional, helpful, and a good listener. I made some suggestions to make the process better, and she forwarded her idea to Keyon her supervisor. Hats off to both Anna and Keyon! They made my experience a positive one! I have been a customer for over 20 years....the employees at CAFCU are exceptional!

  Absolutely horrendous company to deal with. I've used them for 2 car loans over the past 10 or so years. They make it very difficult to make payments, no online system, can't call over the phone without paying fees or lots of information I don't have. Then, as soon as you are 1 day late(but within the grace period), they act like a mix between the mob and your mother. When they call you, if you are at work and miss the call, they will instantly call your family, call your ex girlfriend (this actually has happened) and harass them. They don't even give you 30 seconds to call them back before they start harassing everyone you know. I've told them numerous times to stop calling my ex girlfriend that I've broken up with 7 years ago and have a restraining order against her, but they won't quit. They also constantly call me and send me mail looking for my ex girlfriend. I've asked them to ensure numerous times that my ex girlfriends account isn't associated with mine, but I still get these calls. Can't wait to refinance my car loan at a HIGHER interest rate just so I don't have to deal with this absolutely terrible company and employees anymore. If I could give negative stars, I would.

  Not gonna lie, the corporate staff is either rude or they just don't care about you. The frontline staff, however, are quite nice to be around!
