Times may be tough, but one banker at a branch is FN ridiculous. I waited 45 minutes with no one saying anything to me how much longer I needed to wait or if they could make an appointment at a later time. To hell with this back. I'm moving on to someone that wants business and will service my business.

THE ELGIN McLean branch is always fast all employees are nice and helpful and in regard to another customer statement of waiting 45 min for any service if it happened speak up son they will gladly help.
