      Obtaining information for my account was a nightmare!!!! I would request a temp password & would receive the 30 minute limit e-mail which I was unable to get to due to being at work. I called in to reset my password during and since I didn't pass the questions test, I was denied. Then I had to send a pic of my signature and I didn't get a response. By that time I was so fed up so I closed my account (which took 5 minutes!!!). Later that day I received a call to reset my password. ARGH!!!!!!

      These are white color criminals. If I had only known I would have never stepped into their office. I was offered an account there from my job and have have lost hundreds of dollars since then. Don't be fooled by their NGO claim.

      The branch has no working ATM with no plans to get one any time soon.
