  Kristy Van Lanen had helped my husband and I with our construction loan. She had made it extremely easy and stress free. She was always responsive and eager to help. I swear she works around the clock. We were very thankful to have her as we didn't know nothing about getting a construction loan. I would recommend her to everyone!   I was recommended to Kristy through a friend and feel I had the same positive experience that he had. I initially engaged her through email and she responded immediately and was great with every aspect. She really helped us through the process and always communicated if they were doing something or if I needed to do something to keep things moving along towards closing.
