  Kristy VanLanen helped me obtain my first VA loan and a recent refinance at a lower rate. She is always pleasant and prompt, even responding by phone and/or emails on the weekends or evenings. I have never worked with anyone as efficient and pleasant as Kristy. She truly makes you feel that your are important. I would highly recommend Kristy to anyone and look forward to working with her in the future.

  Kristy Van Lanen was great to work with for my mortgage. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects. As a first time home buyer I was nervous, had lots of questions and concerns but Kristy was able to answer them quickly and thoroughly. She answered emails, texts, and calls promptly, even on weekends. Closing was a breeze. She accurately told me what information or documents I needed to provide in order to avoid delays. We closed exactly on the date given without any surprises. Overall, I am very happy with the experience and will definitely considering using Kristy and Cornerstone Mortgage again in the future.

  I worked with Vicki Kropp at Cornerstone twice now when it came time purchasing my house and then refinancing my house. She was extremely knowledgeable and excellent to work with both times! She made both processes very understandable and painless. I would highly recommend Vicki Kropp!

  Kristy Van Lanen was our Mortgage person and she was amazing. She met with us at a very convenient time, even if it was 7:30 at night. Kristy answered all of our questions in a timely manner as well as communicated with us exactly what to expect or what were our next steps. Her welcoming personality and willingness to work with our situation made us very comfortable with our decision to go with Kristy.
