  I had been working with Lance for about almost 2 years. He gave me great advise in order to start the process of buying my first home. Such as finances and credit scores. He was always quick and pleasant in responding with emails, text messages and phone calls. I worked with Emily later in the process and she was just as amazing as Lance. Always had an answer for my questions. And she was always on top of everything. Paper work and scheduling. I truly enjoyed working with this team. I’d highly recommend them. And now I get to enjoy my home.

  Lance Forehand and his team did an extraordinary job in getting this closing through in a fast yet efficient manner. Lance and Emily’s diligence got us a low rate and we spent minimal time filling out paperwork and answering questions. They have great customer service and got us the house we wanted! Highly recommended!!

  My experience with Cornerstone was excellent. I had confidence in Mr. Forehand and Mrs. Doorman who were both well informed and very dependable in answering any questions. They were also very timely in responses and moreover, very kind and understanding of my limited time during regular business hours on school days. This is the second time I have financed with Cornerstone and would do so again as well as readily recommend to others.

  I have never received such good customer service in my life. The amount of detail and thoroughness that they covered when finding me the right mortgage was so impressive. With this being my 1st home, I called all of them multiple times with lots of questions and not once did I ever fail to get the information I needed or feeling anyway like I wasn't their number one priority.
