  My Wife and I first contacted Dave Ronning back in 2013 when we started our home search. From the first phone call we knew Dave was our guy. We were a little overwhelmed with the home buying process and Dave broke down the process for us, not just the financial portion, the entire thing. We knew he was going above and beyond as we moved through the process because the Realtor's we worked with were shocked with the type of information we already had. We finally purchased our first home in 2018... For 5 years Dave was available to us during off hours as we were making offers on homes in a very hot market.   Evan, Denisha, and the rest of the incredible team at Priority made my homebuying and refinancing process an absolute pleasure of an experience. I had some particularly difficult hurdles to overcome throughout and they pulled together to tackle every problem one by one as they arose.   Dave is a lender I've worked with for years. Awesome communicator and really loves doing a great job for his clients. I've never had a bad experience with Dave in the past 7-8 yrs of working with him. He strives to do the best for his clients and what's in their best interest.

  Buying a home is so stressful. Evan and his team were open, communicative, and very helpful through the whole process. I hope it's a long long long time before i have to do it again, but I would definitely start here again.
