  Preston wasn't just someone who helped us secure our mortgage, he helped us reach our dream, and that deserves so much more than just 5 stars. We interviewed a few lenders, and from our very first call Preston stood out because he really understood our circumstances. Even though our first conversation didn't result in immediately getting pre-approved for the loan amount we wanted, Preston gave very solid advice on what steps we needed to take. He then followed up with us and was really invested in our success. Once we found our dream home, Preston worked behind the scenes on ensuring our offer went through and explained every little number on his quote. When the rates started to climb, he locked us in so that we can stay within our budgeted monthly payment and downpayment amounts. It was truly an amazing experience to have so much trust and confidence in a mortgage team, especially in this crazy market.   I've worked with several Loan Officers over the years and without a doubt Preston was the best! Preston is extremely timely and responsive but the big difference that I noticed is that he explained things in a way that no loan officer ever had and made sure we were completely comfortable before we engaged in the loan. He also continued to follow up with information regarding our loan being sold, post closing, which was super helpful.

  Truly a 10 on a scale of 1 to 5!! Preston was AMAZING to work with for our new home in Severance. He walked through the entire deal with us (from our offer to closing). He met (or exceeded) every deadline he committed to, he was always available for questions or counsel, and he was also very personable in the process. Working with him was smooth as silk - we could not have asked for more. Such a positive experience, we would always use Preston going forward. The importance of what he did for us was further exemplified in that our buyer's lender for our current home was the extreme opposite. It was a complete nightmare, so much so that the closing was postponed five times because the lender could not meet any deadlines. A good lender like Preston makes all the difference. We are so thankful to Preston for his commitment to excellence!
