  I cannot even begin to describe how amazing it was working with Nancy on our mortgage! She is incredibly competent, has so much great experience, and is super communicative. As first-time home buyers, we were completely new to the process, but there wasn't a point where I felt like anything was out of control. Nancy always took the time to talk us through everything (sometimes more than once). She was super responsive to my phone calls and emails, too. Nancy really helped us to feel good about the home purchase we were making and I absolutely trust her. I'd definitely work with her again and would certainly refer friends to her in the future.

  Nancy Terry and her team are true professionals. Financing a home purchase can be stressful enough, but when adding the concept of a reverse mortgage to the purchase, it can seem overwhelming. Nancy made the process seamless from the very beginning through closing. The reverse mortgage was a tool that my clients needed in order to achieve the goals they had and to secure the property they needed moving forward. It really is just a matter of managing an asset which they already have, the equity in their current home. Once my clients saw that, it was a logical step for them. I would encourage anyone who is retirement age, has a mortgage or is looking to make a move into a nicer, more efficient or safer home as they age, to contact Nancy and her team, to learn about this very helpful financial tool.   4 years ago the Terry's helped us get our first mortgage. It wasn't easy because I was self employed. Recently we wanted to refinance to an even better rate and this time was a piece of cake. Paperwork flew through! They use technology well and always stand ready to answer calls and emails.
