  As soon as my truck loan is paid I will be taking my business elsewhere. Since their last branch manager left at the south Beloit branch its really gone down hill. Don't make mistakes they won't work with you.

  This is an awesome credit union! They were the only ones willing to help me build credit and counsel me on credit. Highly recommended with excellent customer service and great interest rates! By far #1 credit union in the state line area!

  Been here a couple times making loan payment for sister branch, all I can say is the teller at front is not very personable, finds ways to be irritating and use imaginary authority claiming rules for all establishments... dont think I will be back to this branch again and cant understand how people would even consider doing business here on a long term basis

  Every single time I call this place, the ladies are so rude. You can tell they’re very passive aggressive about it also. Super high pitch tone of voice and talk to you as if they’re speaking to a child. It’s infuriating to say the least.
