  Kris (kristine) is the absolute best. She is so quick to respond and extremely helpful with the lending process. We needed a second car loan quickly and she helped me get the entire process done within a just a couple hours and had a check ready for me to pick up before 5pm. I highly recommend using her for any loans you may need.

  Everybody there is friendly and always greet me when I come in. Sarah was very helpful, getting me a better deal on financing for my recent car purchase.

  I am 100% a lifer here . the ladies are superb at there least. the app the convenience of the entire experience from drive thru to inside tellers to atm deposits..... I could on and on YALL ARE KILLIN IT FO$HO

  I've been with Cornerstone in Perrysburgh for years.Always great service. Kris at the branch is helpful.Ladies at counter are very friendly know answers to any question. I get outstanding service from Mandy she very knowledgable in her line of work at the branch. Always has the answer to question the I need answers too. Love this branch great company for all banking needs.

  I have always had great service. Was taken care of when problems arise . Such as a late payment or someone hacking my debit card. Have never had a problem in 10 years

  They charge for EVERYTHING. I’ve been with them for years and decided to close out my savings account and they charged an extra $10!! For What I asked! I was with them for years, done a personal loan through them, an auto loan, never late and paid off and all they can say is yeah that notice went out 2 months ago. It’s because they charge higher yields on other accounts so anyone who closes their account to make up for the difference gets charged. Also, take a look at ALL the fees before opening an account, there are SO many and to avoid fees they make you use your debit card 12 times per month. They make you spend your money or they will take your money!! No Thanks, I work too hard for my money. They got my $10, plus interest on my loans and that’s the last they take from me. I’ll stick with my current bank.

  Great credit union, they approved me for a car loan, but unfortunately Huntington gave me a better interest rate, but 2 months later I went back for a $4k Personnel loan and was approved with a good interest rate. I am in process of rebuilding credit and they're helping me.

  Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I have two car loans through Cornerstone. After the second car loan I received a call from the branch who was digging into my personal debt information trying to get me to consolidate with them. They were intrusive and when I told them I wasn’t interested and they persisted to not take no for an answer. Later I tried to set up automatic payments for the loan and the online website was difficult to navigate. They took the payments out 20 days early and when I contacted customer service they didn’t listen to my issue and when I told them just to put things back the way they were before and the person tells me I have to put it in writing. They may have low interest rates but it’s not worth it.
