  I Love CCF Credit Union. They get to know you as a person instead of a number. They offer great rates for most financial services and I’m extremely happy that they are one of the C.U’s that’s associated with my job. Customer Service is A1. I’m happy I stumbled across them in my search for a new financial institution.

  Wasn't bad the first time in to open an account. Second day didn't go so well. I decided to start adding more money to my account, and that part was easy and smooth. Use the lobby to do so...but I had questions about the mobile app and the online website. I waited ten mins or so. Just to stand up and start to walk out to watch the employees just doing nothing. I just went to my car and figured it out on own. But the fact it could have too someone not even a min to tell me that the app and web are not a good resource. I will try a different branch from now on.

  Member since 1986, financed a car in 2018 with a 2.2 apr, bought another car and asked for same apr and was told not feasible , asked 2 times with 2 agents. Went with another bank for the financing. Disappointed to say the least

We do regularly review our rates to ensure they are competitive, and we also have processes in place to submit special rate requests once a loan has been applied for.   I will be closing this account first thing tomorrow morning. A Google play app hit my account at 12am and my payroll is pending but won't clear until 9am. Well guess what I received a $30 NSF charge. Wouldn't be that big of an issue if last week I didnt have a similar problem. I placed an order online and apparently the company doesn t take the funds until the item ships. Well weeks after the item was purchased the funds were taken out of my account. Not a huge deal my credit card payment was due to hit that same day so I run to the credit union to input the $20 to ensure my CC payment went through. AS I WAS WALKING INTO THE BRANCH they declined the capital one payment and hit me with a NSF charge. The teller requested the NSF charge be returned however it would take 3 business days. So then I couldn't initiate my CC payment because my account was short the $30 NSF charge. Of course I was penalized on my charge account as well. And it took nearly 5 days and multiple calls and emails to get a return of the funds. Here's the funny part. I don't use my savings at this establishment. They were deducting member fees from the savings so the initial $10 in that account was used for those fees meaning my savings was at $0. When my "courtesy $30" was credited they deducted $10 and moved it to my savings without even mentioning it. The funny thing is its $10 I wouldn't have been mad if I didn't feel it was done intentionally. I could have simply deposited the cash. Plus my saving was at 0 and my payroll had hit twice and the credit union didn't take the funds then so why all of a sudden when you issue a credit did you move funds from the account. Since I opened the account there has been nothing but issue after issue. Its sad I will now tell the multiple people that use the Troy location from my work place to take their business elsewhere as you are simply a number. I understand being in the business of making money but I feel the company was upset I requested a refund as I was standing there when the NSF charge hit. It is like dealing with a group of mean girls from high school. No thank you. There is NO room for error. No time to make it to the bank nor does the ATM have the ability to deposit funds directly into your account. I am sure another credit union will have better customer service and communication skills. I do NOT recommend you waste your time at this credit union. Do your research and go somewhere you will be appreciated. Somewhere with modern equipment to assist in after hour transactions.

  Me and my husband have been members since it was called MOPAR PARTS CREDIT UNION when he worked at the Centerline Chrysler Plant. The staff are friendly but their loan Department sucks we have never gotten approved for a loan here. Been members since 1989. Wanted them to refinance a car 🚗 they refused to. Never Have applied for a loan again and never will.

  What a sad excuse for a branch. No Atm or drive thru, parking lot floods, and they aren't even open on Saturday like the App and Website claim.
