  The people are friendly , they treat you like family!! Very knowledgeable about the products they sell !! The prices are real good , and it's fine quality jewelry!! You cant beat their prices !! We were able to get both of our rings !!! ☺😄🤗 we couldn't ask Lfor a better deal, we feel like we got it for a steal !!! Love ya guys jake Alayan ! An liz grimm!! Joe & the rest of the crew !!!   They never answer their phones or texts I have called them repeatedly in the last 4 weeks and showed up when they were open banged on their door and called them multiple times to let me in. Your better off going to Motor City Pawn brokers at least they answer first time and they pay way more for gold and silver

  I love this place!! Nicest jewelry an the best customer service in the South Warren area. If your ever looking for a new TV, they got them always, game consoles, tools. When I say tools I mean they have any tool you may be looking for. As for jewelry the owner for jewelry will have you walking out more then satisfied. It's always a learning experience with Jake. He's smart an knows what he's talking about.

  Didn't like the way I was treated here at all. Visited 10/26/2019. Came looking for a camera, my first camera. They had one, a Nikon Coolpix L330. I asked for help and was told a young man would assist me. He piddled around while I waited by the case. The store was near empty and the customer who'd just purchased something was leaving. I waited for this guy for about 7 minutes, feeling ignored. All the while, he's doing nothing, repeatedly going to a back room and returning with nothing. I had to ASK him to come help me. He showed me the camera, which was tagged $119. It was released in 2014. I asked to see if it worked, after more time waiting, he put in the batteries and it worked. He offered to sell it to me for $106. While we stood there, I pulled out my phone to see what the 5-year-old camera was going for. I found between $60-$80 used, just as this one was. I asked him if he was willing to negotiate. He gave me a curt "No." I walked out. This store is less like a pawn shop and more like a junkyard. The only things in cases are jewelry, a few electronics, and some toys. The store smelled funny and was dirty, the parking situation is hazardous (almost got hit by an old man reversing in a pickup), and there was a general lack of concern and interest toward me, a new and potentially repeat customer. I won't be returning.

  This is the ONLY pawn shop around that is honest and treats everyone like family. They’ve been in business over 35 years and are EXPERT gemologist’s and jeweler’s. Jake tries to teach all of his customers so they don’t get ripped off again. This is a hard business because sometimes the truth hurts about what your prized possession is really worth. Jake isn’t greedy and 100% fair and offers the most possible money you could get for whatever you are pawning or selling. Jake takes the time with his customers to make sure they understand what they have and gets them in and out discreetly. The selection of new jewelry, electronics, coins, watches, and tools is amazing and they guarantee to save you lots of money! They do any type of custom jewelry also for at least half the price! You definitely should check them out!!

  Beautiful jewelry and designs, and very warm atmosphere. Liz and her Jake are very personable and friendly. An excellent place for Santa to do his Christmas shopping this year.

  I was welcomed with open arms, I am a first timer and they made my experience a great one! I had questions they had the answers and if they didn't know it right away they researched it. I left with some cash in my pocket, a little bit of knowledge, a place to bring the shiny things I find, and a smile on my face thank you Liz and Jake.

  i went in there and old man was rude and said they were closing and hurry up I walked out, they need to leave that old man at home he is extremely moody and mentally ill. The other workers were wonderful. I think in a year or two he will be retired out of their. The placed looked liked sanford and sons tv show location. Almost a joke. How they survive is beyond me . Unless your desperate the place will creep you out
