  I am having issues with a shady cell provider trying to cancel wrong order posted to my account. I talked to Renee there after 5:00pm, (quitting time) and she happily listened to me rant!! She da best!!

  We joined CCFCU in the middle of 2020 and have to say it was the best decision we ever made. Receiving much better customer service than we ever received from our former "Big Bank" we worked with. Also have a great teen program to help our 14-year old save her money. Highly recommend looking into switching your accounts to a Credit Union vs. the "Big Bank". You won't regret it.

  This is my favorite financial institution hands down! Always have such a pleasant experience and they have helped me more than any bank has. Not to mention a free change counter that you can use!

  Don't ever use this credit Union. That have started to charge fees for everything. It says that mobile despoit is available immediately. It's not. A company accidentally charged my card but they put the money back. I was still charged the fee. A few other things happen and all they ever say is we'll submit it for review but never call you back. Their nothing more than a bank now. Put your money somewhere else.

  good credit union. I've been a member of this one or one of it's predecessors for a loooong time. They've always been good for me.

  This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I once deposited money in into my checking account and was asked how did I get this money, have I been selling something!!!! I keep requesting money from my checking and keep getting the run around about when I would be able to pick up my money from my checking account. Do not let this place treat like they are the only credit union no one deserves to be treated this way go somewhere else!!!
