  I have used Cornerstone previously for a financing of a 4 story brownstone in Bklyn in 2015. My business partner has also used them for other buildings that he owns in NYC. Cornerstone is a young , aggressive and vibrant company to work with. They were very responsive to my needs and very aggressive in getting us the best deal possible. I will definitely 100% use them to refi my current investment property and if I purchase another I will use them also. I would highly recommend Cornerstone to anyone looking to buy or do a refi.   This was my first loan and it was unusual. I started the process in the middle of 2020 right at the height of the pandemic and Cornerstone still helped connect me to the right lender. The process was made easier with Alexander Nemirovskiy and Cristina Aguirre. They answered all my questions, were upfront about costs and fees and did an amazing job keeping the process on track. I truly look forward to working with them again in the future.
