  I bought my first home with the help of Corey and his team at Genesis Lending. He is very easy to communicate with and you can text or call him at any time. He even took me out to lunch and explained all the home loan options, numbers and process to me as it was my first home loan and I had many questions. We were able to lock a rate before it increased significantly soon after. I would not hesitate to use Corey again if I ever buy a house again in the future.   We've used Corey for all of our FL investment properties over the past several years as well as for the home loan on our new home in Cape Coral. Each and every loan was completed and closed well ahead of schedule. Usually withing 30 days.
