  I began working with Corevest towards the end of 2020 after having bad experiences at other lenders. I can't believe I ever closed an SFR loan with any other lender. They are a solid team, from the top to the bottom. Huge shout out to John Prins for being so easy to reach, always on top of things and really making me feel that "the customer is always right". Micaela, Kaitlyn, Matthew, Oliver and Libby are so pleasant to work with. Mark and Kyla are the best legal team I have ever closed with. I look forward to many more deals in the future. The competition is way behind!

They are incredibly responsive and organized, offering quick quotes and a streamlined closing process. This is a company that has their process dialed in.   Wow. All I can say is WOW! CoreVest, especially Anthony Elgort and his team, were so PATIENT with our lending needs. It was a very challenging portfolio package, and they managed to help us close it in a timely manner. Needless to say, the upside of our purchase is more than we had ever anticipated.   We are working on completing our 4th loan transaction with Corevest. I'd recommend to almost anyone. They offer very competitive terms, and generally a longer amortization period than any commercial bank I've spoken with. Their underwriting process is extremely thorough, which can be a lot if you're not used to a certain level of scrutiny, but they provide a unique lending option that is worth considering outside of your regular banking relationship. I've worked with John P on all 4 deals now, and he's been a great advocate for our company and getting deals across the finish line. I'd give 5 stars, but the loans are somewhat inflexible after completed, level of service is only ok as its outsourced after completed, and the upfront scrutiny is a lot. A GREAT option for a buy and hold rental portfolio though!
