  Best home buying experience I have ever had. This was the fourth home I have purchased and previous experiences with other companies involved me being somewhat in the dark on the process and reactive to the lenders needs. Rick was excellent, providing graphical depictions and verbal explanations of where we were in the process and what he needed from me. Additionally, he always made himself available to answer any questions or concerns. Rick is top notch and has my absolute highest recommendation for a fast, worry free home buying experience.

  Working with Rick was awesome! I would HIGHLY recommend going with Rick for your mortgage! Rick was super responsive and worked so fast to get my loan closed. We closed an incredible 13 days early!!! He also worked really hard to find a combination of interest rate and down payment that worked best for me! I was so blown away by the magic he worked! Rick is very professional, extremely easy to work with and he answered all my questions, so I would understand what I was signing. Can't say enough good things!

  A good friend told us about Rick, and we are so glad they did!!! We started with a bigger company that was recommended by our realtor. Over the course of 4 days, we had 4 different people working on our loan and we never knew who we needed to be in touch with. And if we were wanting to look up a previous email for certain information, we were struggling to figure out who sent it and on what day. We decided to reach out to rick simply out of curiosity. Rick was able to complete what the big company took 4 days to do in one day! We had a very fast turnaround and closing and we had no doubt he would make the closing. On top of that, rick was able to get us a better interest rate and save us on closing costs. We have the big company a chance to match, and they did, but we started to wonder why they didn’t give us the best deal they could from the start! Ultimately we decided to use Rick and we are so happy we did. He was always quick to respond, always took time to explain everything and made sure we knew what was happening the entire time with full transparency. We were pleased that we knew who was working on our loan and who to get in contact with if we had any questions. Since my wife is a Nurse, Rick was able to waive his fee as a part of the “Homes for Hero’s “ program, saving us even more money! We would use Rick again and recommend him to anyone we know looking for someone to use. Hands down. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! Thanks Rick!!! You guys rock!

  Our experience with Rick was fantastic. He was able to open some doors that other lenders could not, and his communication and responsiveness throughout was stellar. There was no waiting in the dark wondering what was going on. Rick was always quick to communicate and respond through the labyrinth that can be the lending process. We would definitely use his services again and would encourage anyone else to do so as well.

  Rick was absolutely fantastic during our recent cross-country relocation. Having served with him in the Navy for many years, I already knew that he's extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated. Even so, he easily surpassed all expectations. He provided sage advice regarding our VA loan, helped us find the right down payment and a lower interest rate to meet our financial goals, and saved us thousands of dollars when compared other lenders. When our move-in plans changed due to our moving company's schedule, he was able to move our closing date 6 days earlier even with short notice during a holiday weekend (and with the additional complicating factor of sellers that were located overseas)! We cannot recommend Rick and Core Value Lending highly enough for all of your mortgage needs, and will certainly be repeat customers!

  Core Value hit this one out of the park! Rick was amazingly responsive. I knew his ethic and reputation during his long Navy career would be a huge help in a little bit of an odd transaction. Our closing had to occur in about 3 weeks total to allow the sellers to make their next move, and for us to be able to proceed. Of course the seller's agent and the agents in the Virginia area we were buying in wanted to use the lender they know and trust, and they were initially skeptical of whether Core Value could do it in time, and from Colorado. Well let me tell you-- Rick found me a better rate than anyone else, including the trusted lender of the Virginia real estate community. Then, he was ready to close in about 12 days, and could have been ready even faster if not for some odd things with some title companies, etc. etc. that weren't his fault but he did manage solutions to. This was an absolute dream transaction and saved me thousands and thousands of dollars in the interest rate, in thoughtful discussion on down payments vs. using the low interest rate to preserve and build wealth etc. Rick got it done and was ultra responsive-- I've started telling all my friends and colleagues to look into him, especially those military and veterans that want a VA expert on their side. I 100% guarantee I use Rick for my future mortgages as well. You should to-- he will not disappoint!
