  Michael DeBacker - “Mortgage Mike” was outstanding on helping us with our refinance. He helped us lower our interest rate by over 1.25% which effectively means we are saving several hundred (I believe close to $400/month) dollars a month! He was prompt with calling or emailing my wife and I to let us know where we were in the process & their mobile app is so simple to use to be able to upload any requested paperwork they were needing quickly. I’ve already referred my parents and uncle to Mortgage Mike and would highly recommend for anyone else thinking of buying or refinancing to call him.

  Scott Crawford made our process about as easy as you can get with a mortgage. He was fast as well which was certainly appreciated. When purchasing our new home, I expected the loan to be the pain, but it turned out to be the easiest part thanks to Scott and team. We genuinely recommend him and his group based on our experience.

  I have to say that home buying has been the most stressful thing I’ve ever done in my life. We switch lenders halfway through because of the terrible loan officer we had. We came to Scott due to a recommendation from a friend. He instantly put my fears at rest and walked me through the process. He didn’t sugar coat anything and communicated the entire way. He closed our loan in 2 weeks. He promised by Christmas and definitely followed through. I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Scott and this lender. If your looking for a no hassle, straight shooter, Scott Crawford is your guy!

  I chose this group because it was one of the options when I bought new construction. David was super friendly and talked to you like he knew you forever. At first it was a fantastic experience, everything went smoothly up until the end when I was working with David's assistants which were a bit lax on the communication. One thing that irks me about this company is as soon as my loan closed they IMMEDIATELY SOLD IT to the lender I was trying to avoid and sold my info to everyone under the sun and I have gotten bombarded by spam emails, calls and mail ever since. This should be criminal! If I would have known this before hand I would have gone to another lender.

  Maria is simply amazing to work with. She's handled our home purchase loan in 2018, and most recently our refinance. She called us about a year after our initial purchase to let us know how much interest rates had dropped, and asked if we wanted her to look into a refinance for us. We were shocked when she called back with numbers, and it was a complete no brainier to refinance. She took care of everything and made it almost effortless on our part. And saved us a ton of money. I cannot praise her enough. Thanks again for everything Maria!

  MIchael was simply awesome! He offered us excellent advice on our loan and his customer service was top notch! I referred my son to him as he had received some inaccurate information from another lender with a higher rate.
