  Stephanie and her team were awesome to work with!! We refinanced our home and they made the whole process so easy. Communication was excellent and we were updated frequently throughout.   I have been working with the best person Stephanie Belknap on purchasing my first home in Florida. Not only is she the best broker but a good person.   I am a home buyer from out of state and when looking for a broker I went with Stephanie based on the great reviews. I was not disappointed with Stephanie’s service. I was nervous about the process and how it would all work as I was not going to be in FL until after closing. Stephanie has earned every 5 star review. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. Any hurdles or challenges that came up during the process Stephanie handled quickly and kept on top of the communication. She was basically the glue that held all the moving parts together.   No hassle, No stress, worry free refinancing!! Stephanie is an absolute pleasure to work with. I gathered the information she needed to get the ball rolling and she did the rest!
