  John and his team exhibited the utmost professionalism while we worked through our loan process. Although the homebuilder took two months longer than planned to build our home, John kept both me and the homebuilder up-to-date on the loan status at all times. He never missed a beat. I will use John in the future for all my mortgage needs and would recommend him 100%!

  Quick to respond, I checked with the Erik the loan officer often he gave me straight answers and never told me to call back and the close date was within 2 days of what I was initially told. The process went smoother than I expected. When I didn't understand something and asked questions, he was thorough without being frustrated.

  John Doyle of Copperstate Home Loans is the most professional lender I have worked with. I recently used his services to find us financing for our investment properties and he was superb.   John was amazing! We are happy that we chose Copperstate Home Loans to purchase our home. The process was very quick even though everything really got moving over the holidays. Signings were very easy and John was very quick to respond to any questions or notify us of any thing that was time restricted so that we were able to meet our closing date. In the end he got us the best rates and our payment was significantly lower than we had expected. If you are purchasing a home and don't want the generic kind of broker, contact John. He won't steer you wrong.

  Erik got my refi done. Long story short several large companies told me I was 6 months away from refinancing because I was laid off for more than a year due to covid. Erik was able to get it done. Now I pay $600 less per month. Thank you Erik!
